John is a native of Montana but adopted San Antonio over 30 years ago and has never regretted it. He is an award-winning people shooter whose clients include advertising agencies, graphic designers and major editorial publications around the country.

John has shot for, among others, Texas Monthly, Esquire, Elle, Time, Newsweek, Men’s Journal, Reader’s Digest, Inside Sports, People, Departures, Fortune, Smart Money and US Magazines. His work has appeared in American Photography, PRINT, PhotoDesign and the CA Photo Annual.

John does a limited number of commissioned portraits.
